To get Omega-3, dietary supplements can be an alternative. Monkids Omega-3 Apple is a tasty and easy-to-chew gummy that gives your child an intake of the omega-3 fatty acid DHA. 

The Swedish Food Agency recommends that we eat fish 2-3 times a week - and preferably oily fish such as salmon, herring and mackerel. Fish contains this important omega-3 fatty acid DHA. Monkids Omega-3 Children's Apple has a nice color from chlorophyll and an apple flavor. The Omega-3 in the product comes from algae. It is manufactured in Sweden. Suitable for children from 3 years of age. Dietary supplements do not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients
Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, corn starch, algae oil (Schizochytrium sp.), sunflower oil, acidity regulators (malic acid, sodium citrates), apple extract, natural aroma, aroma (rosemary extract), carrot and pumpkin concentrate, color (chlorophyll copper complex), antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol-rich extracts), vegetable oil (coconut, rapeseed), coating agent (carnauba wax).

Dosage & use

2 Gummies daily, chewed. Preferably taken with a meal. From 3 years, also works for teenagers and adults.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature but out of direct sunlight. Screw the cap tightly to make it child-resistant.
