One gummy provides a supplement of 7 mg of iron, which corresponds to the Swedish Food Agency's recommendation for children from 3 years. Iron contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Iron helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. The gummy is Swedish-made, vegan and has a natural peach flavor. Can be combined with all Monkids products for children. Goes especially well with Monkids Vitamin C + Zinc Children as Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Dosage & use
1 Gummy daily, chewed. Preferably taken with a meal. From 3 years.
